Dr. Sharvari Raut, Netzsch Grinding & Dispersing in Germany, will discuss opportunities and challenges associated with process optimization within the food industry as we move toward circularity in production.
Dr. Sharvari Raut is currently the Business Development Manager in the business field food at Netzsch Grinding & Dispersing, Germany. With an academic background in process engineering, she focuses on optimizing processes within the food industry. She is a guest researcher with the Leibniz Institute of Agricultural Engineering and Bioeconomy and actively supports the supervision of doctoral researchers. Since 2023, she is the co-lead of the young professionals workshop sponsored by the Circular Bioeconomy System Institute, as well as the Chair of the Young Professionals Network (YPN) of the European Society of Agriculture Engineers.
